A volume of 60 accounts of mystical experience via Zen are from the school of Abbess Sozen Nagasawa, a disciple of Zen master Harada, makes very interesting reading. The majority of the accounts are from Buddhist nuns who gained enlightenment under the Abbess.

Unfortunately, this volume has not yet been translated into English nor is there an English summary of the experiences.
